Collision with extra data

I'm trying to set up a basic physics engine where the player bounces off of walls, but I don't know how to implement collisions with sloped surfaces.

Ideally I could set the surface to be sloped at any angle and have the player bounce accordingly, but when looking into collisions it appears there's no way to easily give extra data on collisions, which in this case would be the angle of the surface they are colliding with. I can calculate the correct bounce vector as long as I have that.

How would I go about doing this?
